With quantum, the two violations are not violations, because the things are not really in two places at the same time. They are reflecting back and forth so quickly that we think they are in two places at the same time. It's like quantum speed is 10,000X the traditional speed of light C. So when we use non quantum cameras, those cameras are in time lapse mode with a long time settings, compared to the quantum speeds. The time lapse photo will show the bouncing energy ball (photon) in both places at once, but the ball of energy is really not in two places at once. There is misunderstanding of the quantum effects, quantum entanglement, etc. Entanglement is nothing but a reciprocating energy transfer, like coupled oscillators or a Wilberforce pendulum, bouncing back and forth at near instantaneous speeds.

Also, time is an abstraction for universe expansion and process of matter and energy. It's only a metric, like yards, feet, and meters.
