Dear Vlatko, When you were talking about the same quantized approach to sound waves, I expected you to say that the number of atoms might be important in hearing threshold; because atoms are the fundamental building blocks of the sound wave, not the phonons which are simply the collective excitation modes of sound waves. What is your idea about this statement?

Thank you again for a wonderful discourse on perspectives of physics and for passing along the wisdom or at least thoughts from the ages in this one. I strongly believe that the way forward in physics is through the reinterpretation of the concept of Time. Specifically the reformulation of theories to include Time as Quantum Field and the chronons you mentioned. Any possible way to expand upon why this theory is not being explored more or how to develop experiments to disprove it?
